Arcadian have partnered with a market leader in the manufacturing sector, Headquartered in NRW, that is looking for a OT Platform Manager

Position: OT Platform Manager – 90 -110k + Bonus

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Main Tasks:

• Responsibility for managing and developing the OT security platforms, including implementing new security solutions and integrating them into existing OT and IT systems
• Monitoring and analyzing the security of OT networks and systems to identify vulnerabilities and prevent security incidents at an early stage
• Working with the OT and IT teams to develop and implement security strategies that meet the specific requirements of industrial control systems
• Introducing and maintaining security policies and standards for OT environments to ensure compliance with industry-specific security requirements (e.g. IEC 62443)
• Managing and/or independently conducting regular security audits and penetration tests to ensure the robustness of OT infrastructures
• Working closely with suppliers and external partners to evaluate and select suitable security solutions
• Training employees in how to use OT security policies and technologies to promote a high level of security awareness in the company
• Creating Reports and KPIs for management on the current security status and necessary measures

Your profile:

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable subject, ideally with a focus on network security or industrial IT
• Several years of experience in the field of OT security or industrial cyber security
• In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and PLC and their specific security requirements
• Knowledge of relevant OT security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF or ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in the implementation and management of security solutions in OT environments (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network segmentation)
• Fluent German and English
