The Job:

• Be responsible end-to-end for exciting analytical questions/use cases in order to provide internal customers with data-based insights.
• Take on complex projects involving data in the role of (partial) project manager and lead them to success, starting with the conception through to operations. This also includes coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. data protection, security, IT, purchasing, etc.).
• You carry out statistical analyzes independently, develop models (AI & BI), design and calculate KPIs.
• Prepare your analysis results in a way that is appropriate for the audience (employee, manager, board member), create appealing visualizations and tell compelling stories based on data (data storytelling).
• Like everyone in our team, you are an advocate of the analytical and data-driven approach and act as a multiplier in the organization.

You:

You are passionate about data analysis and have completed studies with an analytical focus, e.g. in data science, mathematics/statistics, (business) computer science, humanities, etc.

• You have already gained at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, for example as a data analyst or data scientist in a corporate environment or in consulting
• You have several years of experience in managing projects/use cases (including using agile methods such as SCRUM, CRISP-DM and design thinking)
• Skills in Python (e.g. Pandas, Plotly, Seaborn, etc.) and SQL
• Fluent German and business fluent English skills are required
