Head of Digitalization & Technology
A global leader in the Telecoms sector is looking for a Head of Digitization & Technology to lead their in-house Digitalization and Technology team in the HR domain of their business. However, you don’t need prior experience of working in HR to be considered for this position.

POSITION – Head of Digitization & Technology
- Leadership of the IT team, and the digitalization and IT experts for HR
- Act as a key driver for digital transformation in the HR domain
- Derive and develop a digitization and IT strategy in line with the strategic goals of the HR organization
- Overall responsibility for the implementation of the strategy within the framework of a multi-year roadmap, with the goal of planning, building and operating an IT landscape of the future
- Stakeholder management at all levels, in particular with the global organization, local IT and specialist department
- Technical responsibility for IT system landscape including release management and related interfaces, architecture and governance
